Big respect to everyone sending love through cash app and anybody trying to hold down the channel can tap in at evil streets tv on cash app everything goes right back into building this thing up Aight y'all let's dive into this gangster shit. Kaboni Savage was straight up merciless in Philadelphia's underground scene going from a kid with boxing dreams to one of the city's most feared kingpins Born January 1st 1975 he grew up in North Philly grinding at the front street gym and even got in the ring for one pro fight Which he took home but them streets was calling harder especially after his pops passed from cancer when he was only 13 By the late 90s Savage was a heavy hitter in the Philadelphia narcotics game Pushing hundreds of bricks of coke between 1998 and 2004 his name rang bells But it was his savage reputation that really separated him from the rest The law tried pinning him for murdering Kenneth Lasseter over some petty parking beef Savage walked but the main witness in that case Tibia's Tibb Flowers Got clapped later a hit that most people figured Savage put the green light on his run in Philly was defined by raw brutality But nothing matched the move that locked in his destiny The 2004 arson attack on a federal witness's crib which took six souls including four shorties It was a play so heartless that it stamped Savage's name as one of the most lethal criminals in the city's books When the feds finally scooped him up they hit him with 12 murder convictions One away from Pennsylvania's all time record In 2013 he became the first cat from Philly to catch a federal death sentence Making him the first to get that fate handed down by the US District Court for the eastern district of Pennsylvania Since the federal death penalty came back in 1988 Kaboni Savage's legacy is straight uncut violence both on the blocks and locked down His word led to mad bodies dropping including Carlton Brown A competing drug dealer who got hit in 2001 by Savage's shooter Lamont Lewis But that wasn't the end Savage allegedly ordered at least five more cats murdered and kept his terror campaign rolling Even while posted up at the federal detention center in Philadelphia He pushed witness intimidation to crazy levels going as far as threatening to body the kids of anyone who took the stand against him His fall came quick Less than a week after he beat the Lasseter murder case the feds slapped him with a massive indictment Hitting him as the head of a serious drug operation He caught guilty verdicts on 14 out of 16 charges including money laundering witness intimidation and drug trafficking And got handed 30 years in federal prison He got shipped to the super max prison near Florence Colorado But even from behind the wall his name still put fear in the streets Despite his own track record of calling deadly hits Tragedy touched Savage personally in 2009 His nine year old daughter Kira Cicce Savage got killed in a gang related shooting in York Pennsylvania on Mother's Day The gunman Nigel Mateland got convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life Police made it known that the murder had zero connection to Savage's own criminal world Kira's mother Jasmine Videl had been raising her solo and hadn't dealt with Savage for years Kaboni Savage's terror campaign hit its most brutal point with one of the most vicious acts of payback ever witnessed In Philadelphia's criminal streets His former number two Eugene Twin Coleman switched sides on him after getting bagged Agreeing to testify against Savage in a federal drug case That move alone painted a target on Coleman's spine But what went down next revealed just how cold blooded Savage really was Coleman had already caught a case himself Murking his own man 26 year old Tyrone Tolliver But once he turned government witness he became a walking target The feds pushed his mother Marcelo Coleman a corrections officer at Curran Fromhold correctional facility to bounce and relocate for her protection But she declined believing she could hold her own That call proved deadly From behind bars at FDC Philadelphia Savage sent the word Erase Marcelo Coleman and everybody in that spot On the early hours of October 9th 2004 his squad executed his command with stone cold precision They firebombed Marcelo's North Philly row house sparking an inferno that ripped through the crib in seconds There were no survivors The casualties included Marcelo Coleman herself her grandson Damir Jenkins just 15 months old Along with three other kids 10 year old Kajanash 12 year old Taj Porquia and 15 year old Sean Rodriguez Also killed was 34 year old Tamika Nash Kajanash's mother and Marcelo's cousin Even the family dog a pit bull got caught in the flames It was the deadliest mass murder in Philly since the Lex Street massacre in 2000 Savage had sent his message ratting on him meant complete destruction Not just for the snitch but for their whole family tree But instead of shutting Coleman up the massacre locked Savage's fate His former crew turned on him one after another Making sure that when the feds finally brought him to trial he was never touching the streets again Kaboni Savage had already carved his name as one of the most ruthless figures in Philadelphia's underworld But his response to the firebombing pushed his reputation for savagery to another dimension When he learned that Eugene Coleman had been temporarily cut loose from prison to bury his murdered family A wire planted in Savage's cell caught his bone chilling words They should stop off and get him some barbecue sauce pour it on them burnt bitches This went beyond street beef This was straight demonic and Savage wasn't the only one with blood dripping His own sister Kedada Savage also played a key part in orchestrating the massacre Known as Da or Lil Sis She was just as ruthless as her brother She brought in the hitman Lamont Lewis to execute the attack Lewis a known triggerman had already caught a body when he beat the 2001 murder of Carlton Muhammad Brown but he needed help So he brought his cousin Robert B.J. Merritt Jr. along It was Kedada who handed them the address of the house setting everything in motion for one of the deadliest crimes in Philly history The blueprint was simple but destructive On October 9th 2004 Lewis and Merritt pulled up and tossed gasoline cans into the house According to prosecutors Merritt was the one who sparked the fire and threw the first can But Lewis later confessed that he too threw a can into the crib The fire exploded instantly locking everyone inside Lewis later claimed he didn't know kids were inside until after the bodies were found He also said Kedada Savage played him on the payment Only dropping him $2,000 instead of the promised $5,000 Meanwhile Eugene Coleman who had already been marked for death was told by another dealer Daoud Kool Bay that Savage had been scheming on his family while locked up at FDC Philadelphia The authorities were tightening the net and when they went searching for Lewis at a spot in West Philly He was ghost But in 2007 his time ran out Police grabbed him while he was driving That arrest would turn out to be the start of the end for the entire Savage organization Kaboni Savage's reign of terror came to a close in May 2013 when he was found guilty on 17 charges Including 12 counts of murder in aid of racketeering His right hand executioner Lamont Lewis flipped and took the stand as the main witness giving up Kaboni Kedada Savage Robert Merritt and Stephen Northington The jury showed zero mercy for Savage And in June 2013 Judge Richard Barkley Sirrick handed him 13 death sentences One for witness intimidation and one for each of the 12 murders Savage was sent to ADX Florence the nation's most secure federal prison where he remains His sister Kedada Savage was convicted of racketeering and witness retaliation And sentenced to life plus 10 years at FCI Tallahassee Robert Merritt who dodged the death penalty received a life sentence at USP Ter Halt While Stephen Northington also received a life sentence and is now housed at USP Coleman the worst Between 1998 and 2004 Savage left a blood trail across Philadelphia In addition to orchestrating the 2004 firebombing that killed six people He was convicted of personally ordering or committing the murders of Kenneth Lasseter in 1998 Mansour Abdalla in 2000 Carlton Brown in 2001 Barry Parker in 2003 Tyrone Tolliver in 2003 and Eugene Coleman in 2004 That's a body count that speaks for itself fam Kaboni Savage's legacy ain't nothing but pure destruction and devastation His name represents the darkest chapter in Philadelphia's criminal history A man so consumed by greed and power that he didn't hesitate to burn down entire families just to send a message The firebombing that killed six innocent people including infants and children remains one of the most heinous acts ever committed in the name of the streets His own daughter falling victim to gang violence was karma coming full circle A life spent orchestrating death eventually brought death to his own bloodline Now locked down at ADX Florence in solitary confinement Savage spends his days staring at four walls with 13 death sentences hanging over his head He can never see daylight again never make another move on the streets never rebuild the empire he lost The feds made sure of that When you study Kaboni Savage you ain't studying a gangster you studying a straight up monster Someone who took the code of the streets and twisted it into something so evil it becomes a cautionary tale His organization got dismantled His crew got sentenced His sister doing life His legacy is nothing but pain suffering and loss For the families of the six people who died in that firebombing on October 9th 2004 their lives will never be the same Kaboni Savage showed the world that there's a line between being feared in the streets and being straight up demonic And when you cross that line when you start murdering kids and babies the whole city turns against you That's the real story of Kaboni Savage A rise built on violence An empire maintained through terror And a fall that came swift and final Locked away forever serving 13 death sentences in the most secure prison in America That's the ultimate price for trying to rule through blood Respect to everyone who subscribes and taps in daily for more real stories like this Make sure you hit that notification bell so you stay locked in with evil streets We'll catch y'all on the next one peace
